My career started in fraud prevention, where I developed a strong analytical mindset for risks and security in financial flows. This background strengthened my ability to design experiences that balance usability, clarity, and trust, especially in more complex products.

I work in multidisciplinary teams alongside engineering, product, and data, collaborating in product discovery processes and the continuous improvement of live products. I use frameworks such as Double Diamond and Jobs to Be Done to structure problems and support well-grounded solutions. I am comfortable translating business requirements and strategic directions into user flows, interactive prototypes, and consistent interfaces, always connected to the design system.

I also have experience with international expansion and regulatory adaptation, adjusting solutions to different cultural contexts, user behaviors, and local requirements. I am recognized for clear communication, cross-team collaboration, and well-organized design documentation, which helps maintain alignment and continuity across projects.
